Formal invitations were sent to your Embassy in Washington, DC, but may not have been transmitted to your organization. Despite that group invitation, many individuals request a personal invitation for a variety of reasons, ranging from visa applications to organizational requirements. We are happy to provide an individual invitation, but need to follow some general guidelines in doing so:
To help us verify that participants who are requesting an individual invitation are officially recognized and supported by their chains of command, we just that a request for the formal invitation be submitted using the participant's organizational letterhead.
A template for that request is available, so that no one needs to struggle with what to say:

Once we have that on file, an individual invitation to the participant will be sent out.
If needed, the invitation that was mailed to your Embassy in Washington, DC, is also available.
