Subscription Request

Military Medicine: International Journal of AMSUS is published monthly by AMSUS - The Society of the Federal Health Agencies.

Subscriptions:

All subscriptions and single copy orders must be pre-paid. The publisher uses the WWDS Advantage mailing service.This is an international mailing service with a delivery time between 10 and 14 days. The charge for single issue is $30 within the United States, U.S. Possessions and all other countries.

Effective 1 September 2012 the cost of subscriptions will follow the schedule below:

Subscriptions will begin upon receipt of payment and in accordance with Military Medicine's production
schedule.

Important Information:

1. Subscription requests received without payment or purchase order will be returned.
2. There are no agency, multi-copy or bulk discounts.
3. Payments for subscription renewals must include the subscription number.
4. Claims for missing copies: We regret that subscribers sometimes fail to receive a
   specific issue of Military Medicine. Our records show that the majority of these failures of
   delivery occur during local postal delivery and are also due to change of address. If you do
   not receive an issue of Military Medicine during the subscription period, we will replace
   single issues only if we are notified within three months of the issue date. After a
   three-month period, a payment of $20 ($30 foreign) is required to replace a missing issue.
5. Cancellations are accepted, refunds will be pro-rated.
6. Multi-site subscriptions are not required at this time.
7. Online access to the full text version of Military Medicine is provided by Ingentaconnect.
