Military Medicine: International Journal of AMSUS is published monthly by The Association of Military Surgeons of the United States, The Society of the Federal Health Agencies.
Subscriptions:
All subscriptions and single copy orders, with the exception of U.S. government orders, must be pre-paid. We accept purchase orders from U.S. government agencies. The publisher uses the WWDS Advantage mailing service. This is an international mailing service with a delivery time between 10 and 14 days. Single issues are $20.00 within the United States and U.S. Possessions; for all other countries the price is $27.00.
Effective 1 January 2008 the cost of subscriptions will follow the schedule below:
- Individual Subscription (Print & Online) - $160
- Foreign Individual (Print & Online) - $215
- Federal/State Institutions (Print & Online) - $300
- Federal/State Institutions (Print Only) - $160
- Non Federal/Commercial Institutions (Print & Online) - $400
- Non Federal/Commercial Institutions (Print Only) - $160
- Foreign Non Federal/Commercial Institutions (Print & Online) - $550
- Foreign Non Federal/Commercial Institutions (Print Only) - $215
Subscriptions will begin upon receipt of payment and in accordance with the Military Medicine production schedule. If you desire back issues, call the Membership Department to find out the total cost of the subscription with back issues and payment deadline.
Important Information:
- Subscription requests received without payment or purchase order will be returned.
- There are no agency, multi-copy or bulk discounts.
- Payments for subscription renewals must include the subscription number.
- Claims for missing copies: We regret that subscribers sometimes fail to receive a specific issue of Military Medicine. Our records show that the majority of these failures of delivery occur during local postal delivery and are also due to change of address. If you do not receive an issue of Military Medicine during the subscription period, we will replace single issues only if we are notified within three months of the issue date. After a three-month period, a payment of $20.00 ($27.00 foreign) is required to replace a missing issue.
- Subscriptions to Military Medicine do not include the quarterly AMSUS Newsletter.
- Cancellations are accepted, refunds will be pro-rated.
- Multi-site subscriptions are not required at this time.
