This treatment can be used in the inpatient setting, in outpatient clinics, in the emergency department, and in deployed and battlefield environments.
Achieving the Triumvirate: Tying Patient Experience, Employee Experience, and Performance Outcomes Together (Tier 1 F2F ACHE CE Opportunity, in development)
Healthcare is full of smart, dedicated, accomplished, and hardworking executives, practitioners, and providers. Success in leading organizational change efforts, however, remains inconsistent despite the consistent leader preparation and application of similar strategies applied across the healthcare spectrum. The problem is that senior health care leaders, while well versed in the current leadership competencies, strategies, and frameworks, often fail to see and address the driving force behind common challenges—conflict, low morale, quality and safety deficiencies, provider burnout, poor performance, prejudice, and lack of accountability—are not separate problems. Learn how to identify foundational and personal factors that lead to collective result and successful change.
There is no onsite registration at this year’s Annual Meeting. All attendees must register online in advance before arriving at the Gaylord.
