POSTER SUBMISSIONS ARE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 AMSUS ANNUAL MEETING
AMSUS will accept abstracts for 100 posters, on a first come, first served basis starting 6 July 2022. Once 100 posters and all affiliated documentation and fees have been fulfilled, the submission site will be closed.
An open call for posters will be available on the AMSUS abstract submission site on a first come first accepted basis. The first 100, completed poster submissions will be reviewed and those accepted will be displayed Wednesday 15 February 2023 at a Poster Presentation Session. Advance registration will be required by 12 December 2022.
Posters will be limited to two (2) presenters per poster . All contributing authors should be listed on the poster for recognition.
For the abstract submission you will need the following information:
- Title of the presentation (30 or fewer words – Do Not Capitalize all text, only first letter of words)
- A one paragraph summary describing your presentation; 500 words or fewer
- 3-5 outcomes (Following this presentation, the participant will be able to…)
- Select your service/agency this content is being presented from
No virtual options will be available for the 2023 AMSUS Meeting.

Adherence to timelines is critical to the planning and execution of the entire event.
6 July Call for abstracts Opens
3 October DEADLINE – Poster submissions close
12 December POSTER OUTLINE DEADLINE – An outline of the poster content must be submitted up to, and NO LATER THAN 12 December for the CE/CME review process to take place. Each presenter will bring their poster with them to set up their display at the Gaylord – no image is needed in advance.

It is requested that All speakers, including plenary sessions, comply with CE requirements and deadlines to maintain the highest educational credit hours possible.
Each poster is limited to two (2) presenters. An additional presenter’s name can be added to this submission after basic content details are completed.
