Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations after 15 January are non-refundable, except in the case of deployment or death in the family.

Room rate is the prevailing government per diem rate ($193.00), plus taxes and service charge, until supplies last. Next best available rate will be offered when room block is full.

- Room block expires January 15, 2024, or when full, whichever comes first.
- Please note, all reservations cancellations must occur at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax penalty charge.
