Poster Submission Information
Deadline for poster abstracts – 3 October 2023
This year, poster presentations have been expanded to two days: Monday and Tuesday 12-13 February, 2024
Poster presenters will be asked to set up Monday morning and stand with their posters during viewing times. You will be able to attend sessions otherwise.
Monday Poster Viewing – 12:00 – 2:00pm & 5:00 – 6:30pm
Tuesday Poster Viewing – 11:00am – 1:00pm & 4:30 – 5:30pm
Fees- There is no fee to submit an abstract, however, each poster presenter will be required to register for the AMSUS Annual Meeting and pay the appropriate registration fee for either the two-day Poster Presenter, or Full Meeting options. The registration fee structure will be provided in upcoming communications.

IMPORTANT! No virtual options will be available for the 2024 AMSUS Meeting.
Required documents for poster presenters. Please download and complete to upload during the submission process for each poster presenter who will be at the meeting (limit 2 poster presenters):
- Continuing Education Agreement (CE Agreement)
- Disclosure Form
- Speaker CV with email and work address
Your poster image is not needed for the abstract submission. You are asked to submit an image of your poster by 12 December 2023 for meeting content to be reviewed for educational content. More information will be communicated by email to all presenters.
